Insolence without end, what's going on. Best to close it completely !! Half of the order was missing. We paid for it !!!!!! Wait 45 minutes because there was pushing from the right. And then something. Zero organization. Zero enthusiasm. Zero interest !!!! Just close!

Today was the last time I went to McDonald's Tuttlingen. Me and my children were stuck in a traffic jam for over 20 minutes and then 1 minute after 8 p.m. to find out that it was closed. That can't be it. Then you should at least be warned in advance that you might still have a chance to get something to eat somewhere else. But no, you leave you in a traffic jam and then you get completely disappointed. A cheek, as there were only 2 cars behind me and processing the orders might have taken a few minutes.

Went very quickly in the Mc Drive, the Big Rösti was already laid together stably, but the one from Bad Dürrheim tasted a little better. Still everything was great! very friendly staff

We are regular customers at MC Donalds in Tuttlingen. Until now we had a "not so good quality" which in turn can happen due to the high demand. In response to a complaint, MC Donalds was very accommodating and understanding, especially the line manager, and sent us various vouchers by post as "compensation". This MC Donalds is by far the best we've seen since then.
